I help people see the vitamins and minerals present or deficient in their food, supported by client food logs over time, society’s common deficiencies, their normal menu discovered through interview, and health problems. This “alternative medicine approach” or “functional medicine” approach focuses on helping educate people to help themselves, instead of relying on someone external as an authority figure, nor on the medication-only model of supporting health.
