We need to make really cheap green products. The latest that I heard through gossip was vaccination release in Australia through mosquitos. He was talking about eradicating polio- but n India polis ended up getting spread. I learned how to use a moka- an espresso maker old style! Italian. It was a gift from friends. You cook with it in the stove, and use espresso coffee & grind. I’m still learning when it’s done (because you can’t see into the bottom. You have to just see when the water stops bubbling out the top.) -song irony- This wildflower honey is super delicious. Try it out. It’s better to have honey than white sugar. if you use it in recipes, it’s doubly sweeter than sugar so you can use half the amount. If you’re adding it to something like cookies, you might need to add some flour to balance the wet. Found at Natural Grocers. Did you know that Romans and others used to seal wounds with honey? You can also mix it with herbs, and let it sit for a while before straining tye herbs out. You could also cook the honey with herbs but that would wreck the good stuff in the raw honey here. This recipe book had so many delicious looking salads in it. I’m not even a fan of lettuce anymore, because I have issues digesting it. But this cookbook has so many really colorful, beautiful and different salads in it. Way beyond lettuce. I had to share it with you. It’s important to eat a really wide range of foods. Vegetarian foods often have the word CLEAN in them- implying that you are also clean if you eat them. You’re smart. You are not eating meat which is implied to be dirty. The truth is that this food- and all grains and nuts that aren’t soaked/ sprouted before use- are indigestible. The grain & nut covering reacts with the body, taking minerals and calcium out in urine. You lose nutrition!
