This course will be held one evening a week, for three weeks. The dates and time will be these Wednesdays at 6pm:
- March 12th (starts next week!!)
- March 19th, and
- March 26th.
Each class will be recorded, so if you are not able to attend one, you can watch it again at a later date.

- Personal products: oils, lotion, salve, soap
- Learn to use herbal medicine for moisture and specific issues

- Vitamin and supplement choices for issues, Broth

Things to Avoid That Impact Health:
- Oxidation / Fried Foods
- Foods without any vitamins
- Chemicals: scents, makeup, lotions, cleaners, pesticides
