You cook with it in the stove, and use espresso coffee & grind. I’m still learning when it’s done (because you can’t see into the bottom. You have to just see when the water stops bubbling out the top.) It’s better to have honey than white sugar. if you use it in recipes, it’s doubly sweeter than sugar so you can use half the amount. If you’re adding it to something like cookies, you might need to add some flour to balance the wet. Found at Natural Grocers. Did you know that Romans and others used to seal wounds with honey? You can also mix it with herbs, and let it sit for a while before straining tye herbs out. You could also cook the honey with herbs but that would wreck the good stuff in the raw honey here.
