There are many simple strategies to improve your falling and staying asleep so you can wake up feeling refreshed! These strategies include nutrient supplementation, setting up your sleep environment for success and pre-sleep habits with food, drink, mind and media.
For instance, did you know that using devices with blue light before bed can mess up your falling asleep cycle? It’s true! We’ll talk about apps and methods to change this. This would apply to laptops, phones, tablets, and e-book readers.
We all like exciting movies, but did you know that we need to ease into sleep with a wind-down period?
This free health lecture will take place in the back of Vitamin Cottage, near the book section. Chairs will be set up. Parking is plentiful in front of the store.
