I’ve started creating live stream videos with health coaching tips, nutrition, and herbal medicine to reach more health clients. I will be distributing info on YouTube, Facebook and Zoom. I’m going to list the schedule 2023 here, but it might be easier for you to subscribe on YouTube and click on the alarm bell button – this will give you an alert when a livestream is happening.

Schedule: (all times are Mountain Time for Denver)*

Thursday, October 19th, 2023 from 11am to 12pm MT on ____channel
Friday, October 20th from 12pm to 1pm, and again 4pm to 5pm MT on ____channel
