I will accept returns of any printed and laminated homeopathy chart, provided that the product is returned in the same condition as it was sent. The buyer has to pay for shipping. The buyer will have to have a good reason for returning it, for instance, one of the four sheets is a repeat, or one sheet is missing. In that last case, I would give you the missing sheet.
I cannot accept any returns of herbal teas or salves. Once opened, used, touched (salves) and having been in your house, I cannot sell them to someone else. It would be unethical.
If any product causes you any problems at all, stop using it. I take great care that my herbs and products are well-sourced and well-made. I pay attention to cleanliness, preservation and bacteria. However, I have seen individual reactions to well made products from other companies, and everyone has a unique body with unique stuff going on. Therefore, reactions are possible.
I cannot accept returns of any digital download product. It is in your possession and available for your use. Once the product is delivered, it is yours. This includes ebooks, courses, lists of dairy and soy allergens, French lessons, Paleo meal plans and more.
